At Fifty Bar Vapes, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our valued customers. We are aware, though, that returns might occasionally be required. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, please review our refund policy below.
Initiating a Return
Sending an email to our customer service department will start the return process. Our staff is here to help you at every stage and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Refund Timeframe
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Within 15 days of placing your order, please start the return process if you need to exchange a product. Requests for returns made after this time frame might not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Limitations
To maintain fairness for all customers, the following return conditions apply:

Customers may request one return or exchange per month.

Only purchases up to $100 are eligible for refunds (shipping not included).

Purchases in excess of $100 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.

Returns due to personal taste preferences are not accepted.
Return Process
We normally process your return request in 1-2 business days after we receive it. Only once our staff has authorized the return will a refund be given. A written return authorization must be obtained before sending back any items.
We may request product feedback to ensure a better customer experience moving forward.
Non-Defective Product Returns
If you would like to return a non-defective item, you must meet the following requirements:

From the refund, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted.
Product Inspection & Defective Returns
We highly recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. We only accept return/exchange requests for defective products, which must be reported within 15 days of purchase.

Opened products may be eligible for store credit instead of a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.

Returns that do not comply with this policy may be denied.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Even though we take every precaution to guarantee a safe delivery, once a package is marked as delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Contact us for help if you think your package has been stolen or lost.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
The following is applicable in the event that an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unclaimed package, or an undeliverable status:
